July 30th, 2012 By

NES Financial (NESF), the nation’s leading provider of escrow administration solutions for the EB-5 Visa industry, announced today that USA Continental Regional Center has selected the company’s new EB-5 Virtual File Share solution to manage documents associated with the EB-5 capital raise process.

“We chose EB-5 Virtual File Share from NES Financial to organize and share documents during the capital raise process because it improves our efficiency and delivers more value to our investors and business partners,” says Charlene Kussner, product manager at USA Continental Regional Center in Southern California.

“It enables us to provide permission-based access to documents, receive email alerts when files have been added or changed, and makes it more convenient for our investors to access information from their computer, tablet or smartphone anywhere, any time.”

NES Financial’s EB-5 Virtual File Share is a cloud-based document management solution that allows Regional Center administrators, attorneys, brokers and investors to share EB-5 documents in a secure, controlled environment from beginning to end of the EB-5 capital raise process.  It provides ample storage for the large volume of required documents and provides such key features as: permission-based viewing, version control, audit trail capabilities, email notifications, multiple device support, and sophisticated reporting.
